TRUSTED USERS
To facilitate the management and administration of the Wallington Village Hall a Trusted User scheme is in place.
Regular users, and some periodic users are designated by the Hall Team as Trusted Users.
This page covers the bookings and induction procedure for Trusted Users and other important information for the use of the Hall.
Booking with Hall Master
Trusted Users will register with Hall Master and have their own customer account. Contact details will be kept on the Hall Master system in line with our current GDPR obligations.
Trusted Users can make regular bookings.

Deposits
Trusted Users will not be required to pay deposits on their bookings but will still require to comply with the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions.
Frequent cancellations outside that policy may mean the user’s Trusted User status may be reviewed by the Hall Team.
Induction
Trusted Users will have an annual induction at the Hall and receive updates on Hall operations from the Hall Team.
Insurance
Please note the important provisions regarding insurance for both private and commercial hirers. If you are not covered by the WVCA existing provisions, you will be asked to provide suitable insurance before your event can proceed. For Trusted Users insurance will be checked and updated on an annual basis.
It is important that all hirers note the information on Village Hall Trusts, Insurance and Licences. Click HERE.
